The little guy below sure can cast a fishing rod and he was very patient. He stayed out there all day and would have gone back the next day. We were all impressed with his skills as a fisherman. We think Papa may have found a fishing partner.
The older kids had their chairs and their snacks and were wanting to catch a fish pretty quickly. They were good sports all day. Except for the time a "turtle" swam by and then we realized it was a water moccasin .... not a fun sight to see for any of us.
SUCCESS ... some of us caught a fish!
This little girl was the first to insist we go fishing and then she was the first to insist she was bored and THEN she was the first to catch a fish!! As she was reeling that fish in and it got closer and closer she started backing up and realized she didn't want to touch her fish.
